Membership: Membership of this committee is open to residents of University of Michigan Housing.
Sustainability, Housing Advocacy, and Dining Efforts (SHADE) is in charge of addressing resident issues to Michigan Housing and its affiliates. SHADE covers the areas of dining, facilities, information technology, ResComp, housing applications, housing sign up and ResStaff, as well as safety, security and environmental sustainability in the residence halls.
SHADE also hosts sustainability related events and sponsors competitions between residence halls.
