The Conferences, Recognition, and Bidding Committee (CRAB) gives residents the opportunity to attend conferences around the nation relating to developing a better residence hall as well as leadership skills. In the 2019-2020 academic year, CRAB had planned a Leadership Conference for residents right here at home, but it was cancelled due to COVID-19. Look forward to a potential resurfacing of the idea in the future with social distancing guidelines followed! CRAB also gives shout outs to hall council and RHA members for the great work that they do monthly. These shoutouts are known as Of the Months(OTMs) and are meant to encourage the continued work that our members do for the betterment of residents and congratulate them on it.
