About Hall Council
The Residence Halls Association (RHA) works closely with the Hall Councils in each of our affiliated residence halls. Every hall has an executive committee made up of five elected officers, and may also have a general membership open to all interested residents.
Elections for these executive positions take place each September, with officers serving for the full academic year. Hall Councils play an important role in building community, planning events, and representing the voices of their fellow residents.
