Membership: Membership of this committee is open to residents of University of Michigan Housing.
The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Committee, known as DEIA is the committee in charge of promoting an inclusive and equitable environment within the RHA. They identify and address the barriers to participation for underrepresented groups.
DEIA advocates for policies and programs that support diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility. This includes providing training and resources to RHA members on these topics. DEIA also collaborates with other university departments and organizations on DEIA initiatives.
