RHA + CAPS Social Event
On Friday, February 5th, we will be partnering with CAPS to offer a workshop focused on overall functioning and wellness through increasing resilience and self compassion. Focusing on the tenets of Positive Psychology and Mindfulness approaches, the participants will learn ways to develop a better tolerance for distress, letting go of their self-critical voices, being more compassionate to self and others, and to achieve a better sense of agency in their lives.

RHA + SAPAC Social Event
On Tuesday, February 2nd, we will be partnering with SAPAC to offer a workshop. In this workshop provided by graduate interns or SAPAC staff, participants will gain a comprehensive overview of services and resources that SAPAC offers to survivors and their allies. Participants will also learn about the neurobiology of trauma, common reactions to sexual violence and trauma and how to support a survivor and connect them to resources after a disclosure has occurred.
