| Allocations and Budget Committee | The Allocation and Budget Committee looks closely a proposals from both non-affliated and affilated events and determines if they are a positive use of resident's dues. This committee works closely with the Vice President of Finance to balance the association's budget. |

| Committee for a Diverse and Welcoming Committee | |
| Internal Review Committee | The Internal Review Committee will look at and review RHA's documents each year. This includes the Constitution and Bylaws, which is subject to changes and improvements by the assembly. IRC will also work to form resolutions on issues that RHA feels passionate for. In the past, IRC has been responsible for most important resolutions - including resolutions for support of open housing, Saturday night dining, and others. This committee is chaired by the Executive Vice President. |
| Housing Advocacy Committee | The Housing Advocacy Committee addresses issues and concerns around the services and information provided by University Housing. Some of these services include, but are not limited to: dining services, facilities, information technology, ResComp, ResStaff, safety, security, environmental sustainability, and roommate selection programs. In the past, HAC has addressed issues such as door-to-door canvassing, MCard readers for laundry machines, open housing, changes in meal plans, and long-term plans for housing. |
| Programming and Services | The Committee for Programming and Services works hard throughout the year to put on many events for residents including Pre-Class Bash, Siblings Weekend, and the Amazing Race. |
| The Rates Committee | The Rates Committee works closely with administration within the University to determine effective room, board, and cable television rates. |
| MOHRA Committee | The MOHRA committee works closely with the Vice President for Public Relations to plan Residence Hall Association conferences. The Univeristy of Michigan Residence Hall Assoication not only attends other school's conferences, but also holds constructive conferences for Residence Hall Association representatives from other universties. |
